We are excited to announce that Dr. Pooja Gupta will hold a series of 3 classes starting this coming Wednesday, June 26th at 5 pm! She is a cardiologist and has practiced Lifestyle Medicine and Plant-Based nutrition for over 10 years.
Come and learn about changes to your lifestyle that can dramatically improve your health and help prevent chronic disease. Each of the 3 stand alone classes will cover different aspects of plant based nutrition.
The focus will be on plant based food as medicine, mantra meditation, and physical activity. Including cooking demonstrations, food samples, recipes, onsite musical mantra meditation and tips to increase physical activity.
