We are excited to offer weekly classes taught by Ginseng Gray-Tilmon. Ginseng holds a clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy(DPT) and has practiced for 19 years. This is her fourth season with us!
Would you like an introduction to gentle exercises that are relaxing and beneficial for balance, stress, and well-being? Tai Chi is a part of Traditional Chinese Medicine and can do all those things.
For 2023, Ginseng will be holding classes on most Sundays (3-4 pm) and Mondays (11:30-12:30 pm). Check her website for class availability.
