Join us at the Detroit Abloom cut flower farm and sanctuary garden, located on the lower east side, as Lisa Harthun returns again to hold her special 1 hour Sound Bath Meditation Summer Series here in the garden. The event is to be held inside the large pavilion surrounded by the elements of nature overlooking the beautiful gardens and tranquil sounds of the pond. All are welcome!

• Yoga Mat or Meditation Chair, Eye Covering, and a Cushion
• Sun Screen
• Water

EVENT DETAILS: Deepen your connection to the elements of nature though a beautiful surround of healing plants throughout the gardens, enjoy the soothing sounds of the pond, and the unique restorative sound resonance of the gong, various singing bowls, shamanic drum, chime, and tingsha, as well as a layer of 108 spoken OM chants to add to this peaceful experience. We will connect mind and body to nature through breath and be led through a guided meditation journey. The sound bath session will be infused with Reiki and Shamanic healing energy elements meant to align and balance our energies, open our hearts for healing, and raise our vibration sending healing to the Universal collective. Facilitated by certified Vibrational Sound Therapist, Shamanic Practitioner, Herbalist, and Reiki Master Teacher, Lisa Harthun of Healing Balance LLC-Holistic Wellness Therapy. All are welcome in this inclusive healing space; Adults, and Children ages 12+ accompanied by a parent. Perfect for individuals, couples, and groups. Event to be held rain or shine.
