We will connect mind and body to nature through breath and be led through a guided meditation journey. The sound healing session will be infused with Reiki and Shamanic healing energy elements, as well as spoken Sanskrit Mantras meant to align and balance our energies, open our hearts for healing, and raise our vibration sending healing to the Universal collective. Facilitated by certified Vibrational Sound Therapist, Shamanic Practitioner, Herbalist, and Reiki Master Teacher, Lisa Harthun, who through extensive study and research, has created a program called Healing Flow that emphasizes aligning our energies to attract Love, Peace, and Harmony into our lives. Her heart centered program was designed to intuitively take you on a mind, and body journey of healing, and balance. Through this process we are able break through and release stuck energy that had been preventing us from being in the perfect mind body flow thus allowing for deeper healing, enhanced creativity, and allowing for a greater sense of peace while attracting harmony, and abundance into our lives. Lisa intuitively guides the energy flow to facilitate a greater healing journey for all, while sending Reiki healing to each participant. You do not need to be experienced in meditation, as you will be guided through this peaceful and balancing journey. How to see Nature in God!
Three classes with Tom Milano - July 26th, Aug. 23rd & Sept. 27th
Tom Milano, Detroit Abloom's director, is inspired to share insights about why and how God teaches us valuable life lessons through the natural world of plants & animals
His knowledge is not speculative. It comes from his love of Jesus' teachings, absolute truth principles, his experience as a Krishna devotee, and his life's mission to raise awareness of our soul identity and purpose.
Some topics that will be discussed:
How to see nature with new spiritualized eyes
Experiencing God's love through Nature
Fixating on the Creator rather than His Creation
Having compassion for all living beings
How God provides and teaches us through nature
How nature teaches us to return home to the spiritual world

Sound Bath Meditation with Heather Bossler
Join Heather Bossler of Full Lotus Yoga for relaxing meditation in the pavilion!
A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are "bathed" in sound waves. These waves are produced by quartz crystal singing bowls. Each bowl is tuned to 432Hz and corresponds to different chakra in the body. The intention is to balance the energy of the participants. In addition to helping the body relax sound baths can potentially foster physical healing.
Sound therapy is deeply rooted in science and based on the principles of Quantum physics and sacred geometry Sound baths are great for anyone wanting to experience a more heightened form of relaxation and meditation.
This class is open to all levels, no meditation or yoga experience is necessary. Please dress comfortably in light layers. Bring a mat and any desired props like a blanket, meditation cushion, or bolster. Feel free to also bring an eye mask, pillow, or anything else that helps you get cozy.
